    SAIL TRIPS - 2012/2013

   SAN DIEGO (Training)   -   San Diego Ocean Class Sail Training  :  April 20-22, 2012 (Land class 4/7)
A great opportunity to brush up on those sailing skills, or learn some new ones. --- To join this trip, inquire at the monthly meeting or contact Ralph V at azvat@aol.co.
 
   SAN DIEGO (Sailing)   -   San Diego Post Tax Day Sail  :  April 21 & 22, 2012 
Join us for this Annual tradition, sailing in the Harbor Bay region of San Diego and enjoying the local night life. We have had a Great time in past years on this trip doing Bay sailing one day and off-shore the other with sunshine and 20+ knots winds.    BVI   -   British Virgin Isles Sail Trip   :  May 19-26, 2012 
7 Days in the beautiful BVI region. Sail, swim, snorkel, dive, fish, explore, and more. We plan to have 4-cabin catamarans reserved for this trip. Cost is $875 per person (+ provisioning and cost of flight).    CHESAPEAKE (MD)   -   Chesapeake Bay Sail Trip   :  September 8-15, 2012 
7 Days in and around Chesapeake Bay, Maryland/Virginia. Come enjoy the up-scale, old world elegance of this area. Sail the gorgeous clear blue waters, enjoy some great fresh seafood, and explore the rich colonial history.    GREECE / TURKEY   -   Dodecanese Islands Sail Trip   :  June 2013 
10 Days sailing around these gorgeous waters and exploring the islands. The Dodecanese are comprised primarily of 12 latge islands located in the Aegean Sea, including a dormant volcano. Swim, snorkel, enjoy the white sand beaches, explore medieval sits, and more. HORSEBACK RIDING or LAKE CRUISE - Saturday, March 10
Where:   Saguaro Lake - Bush Hwy & Ellsworth region, SEE MAP
When:    1:00 PM - Lunch; 2:30 - Lake Cruise; 2:45 - Horseback Ride
Cost:    Riders - $45.00 for 90-minutes; Cruise - $20, $18 Seniors, $10 kids 5-12, Under 5 Free

Details:   BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY - Join us for lunch first at the Saguaro Lake Marina Restaurant. This place is very casual, with inside & outside dining, a great lake view, and reasonable prices for salads and sandwiches. After lunch, we will split into two groups, Riders and Non-Riders. Riders will travel over to the stables around the corner for their 90-minute horseback ride, from approx. 2:45 to 4:15 pm. Non-riders will walk over to Precision Marina and take a 90-minute narrated lake cruise on the Desert Belle (SEE Details), approx. 2:30 to 4:00 pm. We will all meet on the outside patio afterwards for Happy Hour overlooking the Lake.
